NAME THAT MEAT
This is one of the typical seafood counters in the grocery store. Can you name any of the above seafoods? I just wish I could include the smell!!!!!!!!
I think it looks like fun! Pages 503-504 in the Joy of Cooking book we sent will tell you how to de-head the squid in the picture and cook it up for your next group of guests. . . :)

Looking at it is bad enough. Thank goodness no smell was included. That would be a place that we can skip when I come to visit.

Van would love to try to BBQ that "STUFF" However, I don't think that I would like to eat it!
